What is 'Registration'
'Registration' is Free of Charge.'Registration' helps us to identify you in order to serve you personally. Also,'Registration' entitles you to receive the appropriate product's information.
Is it necessary for me to 'Login ID' before sending enquiries?
Yes. After Registration, your registered e-mail address will be your Login ID. Therefore when you submit your 'Enquiry Cart', all you have to do is to 'Login ID' (your registered e-mail address) and we’ll know it is you, which could save you a lot of time.
How to do free 'Registration'?
There are two ways:
1. Do it at the 'Registration' on our Homepage, or
2. Before submitting your 'Enquiry Cart' in first time, system will remind and guild you to do it.
How can I search a product from your website?
There are three ways:
1. Look up our e-Catalog index on the left-hand side menu, or
2. Type in product’s‘keywords’ or our‘product code’ in search field at the top left-hand side menu, or
3. Click on the‘advanced search’ button at the top left-hand side menu and fill in information or parameter to search a product. However if you cannot find your product finally, please contact us to specify your enquiry, our account manager will follow your enquiry immediately.
What is 'Enquiry Cart'? Do I have to pay for the enquiry?
The 'Enquiry Cart' is a virtual basket that contains all enquiries which you make while surfing in the online catalog. It is totally Free of Charge for making enquiry. Sending an enquiry only means a request for quotation. You are in no obligation of making any purchase. You are required to pay only when you decide to place an order and confirm our invoice finally. If you are not confident about this processing, you are always welcome to send enquiries by email or fax.
How do I know the price of each item?
Once you submit the 'Enquiry Cart', an account manager will be dedicated to follow-up your enquiries. He/She will respond to your question, provide necessary product's information and issue quotation.
I am looking for a specified product that may be not shown in your catalog, what should I do?
If you cannot find the product that you exactly need from our e-Catalog, or the product information is insufficient for making selection, please contact us. Our account manager will provide more detailed information or even offer a tailor-made solution.
Does the e-Catalog contain all your products? What should I do if I cannot find the product?
From time to time our product ranges and series will grow and we may not update the e-Catalog immediately, please contact us and inform us your requirement. Our account manager will study your request and suggest a most appropriate product to you very soon.
I found a product in e-Catalog, but the size or color does not suit what I want. What should I do?
Some products are allowed to change color or size. Customized modifications are also available in many product series. Please contact us, our account manager will study your request and suggest a most appropriate product to you very soon.
I tried to call you but there was no answer. What should I do?
Please call us during our office hours: Mon-Fri 9.00am-5.30pm and Saturday 9.00am-1.00pm. If you are not calling from Hong Kong, then please check the Hong Kong time, which is shown at the top left hand side on our Homepage. I've come across an error while using your website, what should I do?
